Manager Andy Low commented, “from the management and players, we would just like to wish Robert all the best as he progresses into the Scottish Leagues with Peterhead. He is a very talented player and he has always had the ambition to play at the highest level available to him. Although really disappointed to lose him, I do now believe it is a good opportunity for him, particularly now with Jordan and Ryan in charge and the route they appear to be going down. Robert, [Kieran] Shanks and Hamish [Ritchie] were all free transfers in my first time in charge and although there is obvious disappointment in losing them, it’s also proof that we are a club that help young players develop and that will always be the way we continue to work going forward.”
