RAILWAYMEN RECRUITMENT

Andy Low has moved swiftly to make Sam Robertson his first addition of his second tenure at Harlaw Park. The twenty-five year old ex-Dons, Cove Rangers & Buckie Thistle forward joins from Dyce FC, and is the older brother of Lloyd Robertson.

Gaffer Low commented: “I am delighted to add Sam Robertson to the squad as he was a priority target of mine when being appointed the manager. Firstly, Dyce have been first class to deal with so I would like to thank them for their part in the getting this done so swiftly with Sam attracting a lot of interest. Sam adds goals, aggression, pace and confidence to the squad and these were all areas I was looking to improve on. He has the flexibility to play in several positions in the front line and I see him being a big addition to the squad at a great age. I hope to have Sam available for selection on Saturday and look forward to integrating him into the squad”.

New Railwayman Sam added: “I’m ready to play Highland League football again and was excited with Andy Low’s vision for the next period at Inverurie Locos. I’ve enjoyed playing for Dyce and can’t wait to get started at Harlaw Park”.
