FAREWELL TO LOCOS DUO

Today’s game against Deveronvale sees two Loco Works players play their final matches for the football club.

Paul Coutts has been phenomenal for Inverurie Locos since arriving from Bristol Rovers. Having played at almost every ground in the Football League, Paul brought an incredible level of experience & professionalism to Harlaw Park. A pivotal player for the club when Dean Donaldson brought home our first ever Aberdeenshire Cup success, Paul has gone on to play 89 matches and net 17 times.

Also departing after today’s home match is Locos stalwart Mark Souter. Soapy has played 397 times, bagging 30 goals. Mark debuted in 2011/12, and in 2017/18 played every minute of every match. Mark has decided not to sign the extended contract on offer from the Locos, he now seeks a new challenge.
